Back pain makes life difficult.  Back pain can make walking hard and affect thinking.  When you are looking for a back pain rub choose one with:

Camphor – cool to the touch, provides an immediate cooling sensation for sore muscles, helps numb aches and pains
Menthyl Salicylate – speeds blood flow to muscles and helps reduce muscle inflammation and pain
Tea tree oil – from the Melaleuca alternifolia plant, has deep penetrating properties
Menthol – stimulates the skins cold receptors producing a cooling sensation that later turns to a deep heating sensation for relief

Be an educated and informed consumer.  Check the ingredients and compare prices.  You will not be sorry.
