SAUTEED SUNRISE MEDLEY POTATOES

Dinner tonight was what I call Sunrise Medley Potatoes because that’s what the beautiful, colorful, organic potatoes were called I bought from Whole Foods in Tempe this morning.   I sauteed them in olive oil and butter and sprinkled some home grown, fresh rosemary and chives on them when they were almost done.  I seasoned them with garlic powder and salt too.  They were delicious and it was plenty.

I wanted something simple, but colorful.  I saw these as soon as I walked into Whole Foods today and my decision was made for me.
